I switchd last week from gnome2 to gnome-shell and i  agree with every conclusion in this article.
There is a lot of work on shell remaining, but with help of extensions shell is definitely usable… some of the extensions must be in shell…zoom…
…minimize window button….
But first thing i wish is  one unified gui tool for configuring every thing in shell.
